'Grey's Anatomy' star Ellen Pompeo is pregnant with her first child.
A representative for the actress, who plays Meredith Grey in the popular medical drama, confirmed to People that she and husband Chris Ivery are "ecstatic" to be starting a family together.
The 39-year-old actress and music producer Ivery were married by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg in November 2007. The couple met in 2003.

Chyler Leigh, who stars in the series as Lexie, is also pregnant with her third child.
