The Joker is the most popular Batman villain of them all. Whether that's due to Heath Ledger's incredible portrayal of the character, Jack Nicholson's, his fascinating psychology as a criminal, or some sort of deep-rooted obsession with clowns, I don't know. What is clear, though, is that the PlayStation 3 version of the upcoming Batman: Arkham Asylum has nabbed itself an exclusive that's sure to make more than a few people decide to pick it up on the PS3 over the Xbox 360: The ability to play as The Joker.
More details are forthcoming in the June issue of PlayStation: The Official Magazine, but a press release has confirmed the news of what a number of people saw advertised in PlayStation Home. Following the game's release, PS3 owners will be able to download the exclusive character from the PlayStation Store. The Joker will then be playable in the game's Challenge Maps.
Is there any exclusive the 360 version of Arkham could have that would make this an even playing field, or has Sony simply stolen the Batman show?--
