I was just watching Smackdown and since I live near New Orleans I got to see a little deal for EXTREME RULES which is in New Orleans this year. And Josh Matthews said the main event (or one of) is Jeff Hardy DEFENDING the world title against Edge. And Then Jeff Hardy came in and said he plans to walk in champion and walk out champion.
And Extreme Rules happens AFTER Judgement Day..so I assume Jeff wins at JD then defends at Extreme Rules vs Edge in his rematch...seems like they messed up to me.
(Note: We can't confirm that this promo actually took place, but if it did, WWE could still change plans so there is really no way to know for sure what the outcome of the PPV is going to be. Not only that, but it could also be a swerve by WWE's part to trick the internet fans.)
