According to more than one source close to the situation, a relatively new member of the WWE creative team apparently has a case of jealousy towards The Miz stemming from Miz’s relationship with WWE Divas champ Maryse Ouellet. Rumor is that the writer was trying to date Maryse right before she started seeing The Miz.
Among other things, the writer has been pushing for the Miz to look like a goof on TV and appear weak whenever possible.
Most within the company who know of the issue are just laughing it off, and one source says it should be expected from the “geeks” that Vince hires as writers.
