In a huge surprise, WWE posted the following message less than an hour ago, at 7 P.M. eastern time.
World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of Raw Superstar Mr. Kennedy (Ken Kennedy) as of today, May 29, 2009. WWE wishes Ken the best in all future endeavors.

Sucks for Kennedy. Wwe has given him chance after chance at being a main-eventer and he always gets injured.

What the hell WWE! There is no more reason to watch RAW. Looks like I'm purely Smackdown/ECW/Superstars now.

I didnt see that coming, well not so soon anyway .. wonder what really happened, could this really be because of another injury or something else? hmm

I bet that too. But damn, he gets injured way too much. And his push didnt end up nice every single time.

Well considering that he will have the 90 Day clause.

Also, my jaw dropped.

I have no doubts that he will end up in TNA. He will just have to get through his no compete clause.

Guys, just look at the positives. He's a former Wwe wrestler now, that means he's pretty much guarenteed a TNA title run.

plus hes not technically wwe per say.. he really didnt get an opportunity to show him self or get some major spot light... so this way it wont be tna getting another wwe jobber or wash up.

That's sudden considering that they just had him in the Main Event on RAW...

He'll be in TNA the second his no compete clause is over
