Update On WWE Championship Status

For those that have asked, as of right now, WWE is still recognizing Batista as the WWE Champion.

As they acknowledged on commentary at the end of Raw, Randy Orton's plan to win the title via forfeit didn't work out. Since the referee never counted to ten and declared Orton the champion via forfeit prior to Triple H's thrashing of Orton, the title, for now, remains with Batista.
