- There's talk of a full-fledged heel turn for CM Punk on SmackDown. The future of his character should be revealed at tonight's SmackDown taping.

With Edge showing face tendencies I wouldn't put it past them to have CM Punk a heel, but they are lacking in Main Event faces on Smackdown though.

Im afraid that if he turns heel he wont be the hardcore heel we will all be expecting.

A Jeff Hardy vs CM Punk fued would be amazing. You know Punk will be throwing the straight edged lifestyle in Jeff's face, saying he doesn't deserve the belt because of his addictions.

Punk did the same straight-edge heel gimmick in ROH and it was amazing! He got so over!!!

He did "actually" win a world title. Twice. He beat first 6 other people then 7 other people in ladder matches to earn it. Then, during his first title reign, he defended the belt for months against the likes of Batista and JBL. How is that not him winning a world title? Cause he cashed in MITB? So what, Edge has done the same thing twice as well, are you saying those weren't really winning?

He is turning heel, he basically confirms it on his facebook. He says hes looking forward to it and only found out 4 days prior to Extreme Rules that he would cash in MITB due to Jeff Hardy taking time off.

He is turning heel, and he says hes looking forward to it. He also said that he only found out 4 days prior to Xtreme Rules that he would be cashing in his MITB to become champion due to Jeff Hardy taking time off.

Last I checked, Punk said in an interview he doesn't have a facebook, myspace, or anything like that. Unless that's changed, whatever you read was a fake.
