WWE Possibly Facing Investigation

Contactmusic.com is reporting that WWE and General Electric (the owner of USA Network) could face an investigation by the SEC due to them announcing last week that Donald Trump purchased Monday Night RAW. The publicity stunt caused WWE shares to fall 7% on Tuesday. Both WWE and the USA Network have apologized and acknowledged that no sale had taken place. This might be one of the reasons it appears they've done away with the angle.

thanks 4 that news but who really thought Vince would sell RAW his pride and joy 2 any1. when I heard Howard Stern bring it up I knew it was BS and i am not just saying that i really did not think it was true, but does any1 really trust anything Vince puts in a press release.

The Media is so stupid. Did they really believe that Vince died(twice)? Did they really believe that Mae Young gave birth to a hand? Did they really believe Hornswoggle was Vince's son? Nope. So why should they believe that Trump bought Raw?
