WWE has announced that the October 4th Hell in a Cell pay-per-view will take place at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. A Ticketmaster pre-sale begins today at 9AM. The password is WWENEWARK. Tickets for the general public go on sale this Saturday at 10AM.
