We just got word that viewers of KPBI-CA in Arkansas were given a surprise when they tuned in to see WWE Smackdown tonight, and instead saw "retro television" programming. It turns out that KPBI has dropped MyNetworkTV, leaving subscribers of Cox Cable in Arkansas with no other affiliate to watch the show on.
