Lindsay: Thar She Blows in "Georgia Rule"

A photographer caught Lindsay Lohan filming a scene for her new movie in which she appears to be performing simulated oral sex on her co-star, Garrett Hedlund.

The Garry Marshall film, "Georgia Rule," is about an unruly teenager. But what's unruly about this tender moment? It looks to us that the actress is following all normal water safety guidelines:
1) Always have a buddy. Check.
2) Make sure all equipment is in working order. She seems to be doing that.
3) Always stay where the adults can see you. And the cameras!
