WWE legend Mike Adamle is going to compete in the Ironman World Championship in a few weeks, raising money for the Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund. As part of his training, as well as additional charity promotion, he spent three hours this morning on the Mully & Hanley show of WSCR 670 AM riding a stationary bike. He completed over 60 miles. Here's a photo from the studio. You can listen to the show here (he rode from 6-9, and periodically joined the conversation). And finally, here's a news article from last month looking at Adamle and how he stays in shape.
