Backstage Details On Mickie James Being Sent To SmackDown



As many have speculated, Mickie James' quick title loss to Jillian Hall last night and subsequent trade to SmackDown was indeed done as punishment.

The word going around is that WWE is trying to "send her a message" for gaining weight and being sloppy in the ring in recent months.

A - She's not gaining any weight. WWE is dumb if they think she's fat.
B - She hasn't been sloppy, her opponents have. Let's be fair and look over her recent opponents. Alicia Fox, Gail Kim and Kelly Kelly. With the exception of Kim, there's some terrible wrestlers in that bunch. Even Gail Kim botched the Mickie DDT, as did Alicia Fox. It seems like no diva can sell that move without botching it, with the exception of Beth Phoenix. (Recently I mean.) So yea, WWE needs to stop tryna cop out on this. Either fire Mickie or stop treating the poor girl like shit.

Her body looked great before, it wasn't like a nasty skinny or anything she was in perfect shape before, her weight gain has been quite obvious.

im all for punishing fat people but i think mickie is still well within healthy weight as for the sloppiness thats out of my hands

She "freaked" out on her because Gail fucked up several times in that match, including the finish. She had every right to be pissed.

"Weight Gain" doesn't necessarily mean they think she's fat, just doesn't look like she used to.

And for the people saying she hasn't gained weight, C'MON NOW, I like Mickie but c'mon you can tell she's gained weight.

Yes she has gained weight, you guys need to take off your rose coloured glasses, no she isnt overweight ... but why would Smackdown be a punishment? wouldnt just losing the belt be punishment enough?

Yeah, Mickie has gained weight, but she still looks good and is definately not overweight.

She hasn't been botching matches - if she was in a match with someone who could actually wrestle, it would be a whole different story...

Mickie is smokin' hot. Also, how is it her fault the WWE Divas are horrible in the ring? I wish they'd just release her so she could move on to TNA where they have some legit women wrestling.
