As noted last week, WWE lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter to The Wine School of Philadelphia this week and threatened a lawsuit when they found out the name of one of their competitions was called "Sommeiler Smackdown". Keith Wallace, the found and director of the school added, "They don’t have a leg to stand on. I am not going to bow down to a bully. They claim they own the term `Smackdown,’ but they don’t."
