Tomko is angling for one more shot in WWE after being released just days after re-signing early in the year. It was a case of bad timing and bad decision making, because he was injured and failed to disclose the injury to management; thus he looked slow and out of shape. When he did reveal his injury Vince let him go for not being honest.
He was backstage at the Smackdown tapings on Tuesday.
