--The Ultimate Warrior's lawsuit against the WWE was officially closed on November 19th.
--WWE has asked for another extension in regards to the lawsuit against them from Joe Hamilton, which claims that WWE severed the relationship with Deep South Wrestling as a developmental territory. WWE was scheduled to respond by November 30th, but now has to December 15th. Thus far, WWE has been able to knockout several of Hamilton's claims, and not the case is down to whether or not WWE ignored their own contractual agreement of providing Hamilton and DSW with 90 days notice that they would be shutting down the territory. WWE claims that they were in their rights, but it will be up to the court to decide if that is the case.
