Low-Ki is expected to debut on WWE TV soon and start a program with Rey Mysterio. Low-Ki will debut under a mask and will be booked as someone from Mysterio's past in Mexico.

It's an interesting idea, however after that first storyline you have to wonder what will happen after that and how Low Ki will progress through the ranks

Ray hasn't had any pace since 2002. And as for Low-Ki being the only one able to keep up with him, you might wanna check out AAA Lucha Libre. They've got 10 guys who can run circles around Rey's bloated ass.
