An add for the Elimination Chamber PPV aired in some markets on ESPN earlier today. The add promotes that the WWE Title will be on the line in one Chamber match while another will decide who faces off against the World Champion from Smackdown. If this is the case that would mean the winner of the Rumble will choose to go after the WWE Title at Wrestlemania.
