There was a production issue during Rey Mysterio's entrance that wasn't seen on the PPV broadcast. Mysterio was going to be shot into the air via trap door but the entrance wouldn't work. Mysterio crawled out of the hole onto the stage, which wasn't seen on PPV.
Former ECW World champion Jerry Lynn was at the PPV visiting.
Interesting to note that Ezekiel Jackson did not appear in the pre-show Battle Royal, which is somewhat surprising given how much TV time he received in the last year.
