The Stamford Advocate ran an article today reporting that WWE has spent just over $1,000,000 lobbying the House, Senate and federal agencies. According to the article, the company paid more than $50,000 to Sullivan & LeShane (based in Hartford) to lobby the Governor's administration and the state legislature while WWE worked to secure more than $2 million in film and television production credits.

WWE has also hired lobbyists to push their interests in Canada and New York. The lobbying has drawn criticism from McMahon's opponents.

Oh FFS every business that size uses lobbyists. Of course her opponents are counting on the sheeple to not realize this.
