During the opening segment of Raw, Edge announced that after complaints by him about Raw Guest Hosts, WWE's "Global Headquarters" have ruled that going forward, Guest Hosts will no longer have "power" over Raw.

Edge then announced that his storyline ex-wife Vickie Guerrero had been put into power as the new Raw General Manager.
