The Toledo Free Press has a new article online featuring quotes from The Miz. The piece talks about The Miz being cast on MTV's "The Real World" in 2001 and then going to UPW's Ultimate UNiversity in California before being cast for WWE Tough Enough. The Miz talked about not being accepted in the WWE locker room.
"I never considered it a free pass, but everyone in the locker room couldn't stand me," he told the publication. “I've always been hated, just because I'm an outsider. And I kinda like being an outsider. I'd rather be an outsider than be just like everybody else."
