The following is an excerpt from an article by the Vancouver Sun newspaper. In the excerpt, Ross Hart, brother of the late Owen Hart, comments on the lawsuit filed by Owen's widow, Martha Hart, against WWE and Linda McMahon, as well as the Hart & Soul: The Hart Family Anthology DVD set...
"If (WWE) exploited (Owen's) name negatively...I can understand, but this really was a documentary about the whole family. It was done in pretty good taste, even by WWE standards. Wrestling is really what made Owen famous and successful and such a legend and you can't erase that. As tragic and wrongful as his death was, you can't erase his legacy and what he accomplished in wrestling."
