# It is well known within WWE (at least by people who understand how ECW should be booked) that ECW needs their own television tapings instead of being saddled with Smackdown. The crowd reaction at Tuesday's show really hammered that point to management. A few employees who were against the ECW project admitted that the crowd made the show special this week. There has been some talk that once the the 12 week trial run ends (August 29), ECW will get their own tapings, however, that has yet to be confirmed.
# Last Tuesday's ediiton of ECW was the top-rated show on Tuesday night in the male teenagers demo not to mention the top rated cable program among households. Eureka, which beat ECW with a 3.4 rating last week, dropped back to a 1.5 this week.
