Who were supposed to go in the last 2 spots in SD MITB?

» On Friday's SmackDown, 6 competitors were announced for the World Heavyweight title Money in the Bank match. WWE's website has confirmed that there will be eight participants in the match. The final two spots were planned for CM Punk and Drew McIntyre but Punk is injured and McIntyre wasn't able to work due to his work visa expiring. No word yet on who will fill the two remaining spots although McIntyre seems likely as his issues are now resolved.

If McIntyre isn't actually in it anymore, assuming he's back working I'd guess he'll do a run in and cost Hardy the briefcase or something.
