Beth Phoenix continues to rehabilitate her knee as this Tuesday will make eight weeks since she had surgery to repair her torn ACL. Beth has been keeping her fans in the know regarding her condition and has noted the training is getting more and more intense.

It's also worth nothing that Phoenix has befriended singer Hayley Williams.
