WWE is planning a community outreach campaign in Los Angeles as part of the build-up to its SummerSlam. Among other things WWE wrestlers will be painting murals for the housing authority at low-income homes.
WWE will be sending out 700,000 pieces of direct mail to people whose addresses they have on file to promote SummerSlam. The mail will have a bar code that the people can scan or capture. They then send it back to WWE and get a video montage promoting the event sent to them. They are doing it to get people excited about (and hopefully purchase) SummerSlam. People who respond will also be entered into a contest to win the SummerSlam Complete Anthology on DVD.

I read your story on the site today and then I saw on Facebook on 7-11's page that they had pictures up of John Cena at one of the stores doing some promotion for the SummerSlam.
