We are now less than 24 hours away from our huge invasion of the Tar Heel State! This Saturday night at 7pm, CZW debuts at the Robeson County Fairgrounds in Lumberton, North Carolina, and with all systems go, all signs point towards the usual unrelenting Ultraviolence!
- The tension between CZW World Heavyweight Champion JON MOXLEY and his challenger NICK GAGE has grown to massive proportions. Everyone knows that Moxley considers himself god's gift to CZW and its fans, and the cocky champ clearly has no plans on relinquishing the gold that makes him the best hardcore wrestler in the world anytime soon. On Saturday night however, he will face the man who may actually care more about that title than him when he takes on rival NICK GAGE for the richest prize in the Combat Zone. Everyone knows Nick Gage cares about 2 things in life, and it's not "friends" and "family". Gage cares about the Tournament of Death, and the CZW World Title. With one out of play for roughly the next 11 months, Gage has set his sights towards the World Title, and it's clear he's willing to do anything to get that strap around his waist. On Saturday night, the rules state that "Falls Count Anywhere", and never have they been more literal as these two competitors have stated they will go anywhere in the entire state if they have to in order to finally secure a decisive victory over their foe. They have exchanged victories in the past, but it all comes down to this on Saturday night when the two meet one more time at "Southern Violence!".
- CZW Management regrets to inform its fans that due to circumstances out of our control, Brain Damage will be unable to attend Saturday night's event. While CZW, like its fans have received this information on short notice, owner DJ Hyde wants the fans to know he is working hard to find a suitable replacement to ensure that the North Carolina fans get their money's worth. What does this mean for Cult Fiction? Could this be part of a bigger plan? CZW will do its best to follow up on this unfortunate situation.
- CZW returns to action this Saturday, August 7th for our big debut at the ROBESON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS in Lumberton, North Carolina, and again a week later on August 14th back at the CZW Arena in South Philly for "Tangled Web 3!".
