-- Matt Hardy recently posted a new photo of himself working out at a gym. To his credit, he looks a little better than he did several weeks ago when we posted a photo of him during a match with Christian. It's obvious that he's still got a long way to go though. You can see below for the pic:

He's still got some ways to go but it's a start...Now a picture of both Jeff and Matt in the gym and they might start slowly stop bending all those ladders!
