Stamford, CT contractor James Pasciolla, who had been charged with felony larceny for allegedly padding almost $23,000 to a job for World Wrestling Entertainment. Pasciolla owns The Granite Group and was doing a roofing job for WWE that he billed at $39,800. It was alleged that the job usually cost around $17,000 and that he had forged estimates to get to the higher number. He produced documents yesterday that cleared him of any wrongdoing, and thus avoided a potential 10-year prison sentence.
