Wagner Carrilho has reportedly been forced to move out of the X Factor house and into a local hotel.
According to reports, show bosses made the decision after receiving complaints about the 54-year-old, following more rows inside the house.
Matt Cardle and One Direction's Louis Tomlinson have both publicly criticised Wagner's continued survival in the competition, leading to another furious bust-up.
"Production have been getting lots of complaints about Wagner from singers and staff, and thought, 'Enough is enough'," a source told The Mirror.
"The final straw was after another row with One Direction got heated this week. He has threatened them physically before so they couldn't take any chances. Wagner already had a final warning and blew that."
The insider continued: "The easiest thing was to get him out of the house. He is the main reason there have been arguments almost daily. Wagner is far from popular with the other contestants, and has annoyed members of production with his attempts at flirting and his expectations of what he should be allowed to say and do.
"He shouts at contestants and females feel he has made inappropriate comments and don't feel comfortable around him. Perhaps now he'll think about his behaviour."
A show spokesperson added: "Wagner has moved to a hotel so he can concentrate on his singing."
