According to the film's official website, Starship Trooper star Casper Van Dien and 1985 Commando star Rae Dawn Chong have both joined Danielle Harris, John Jarratt and Luke Goss in Julian Richards' Shiver. Nikita Esco and Brad Harris round out the cast. In the adaptation of Brian Harper's 1992 novel, LAPD homicide detective Sebastian Delgado (Casper Van Dien) must track down a serial killer who takes his victim's heads as trophies and leaves a bizarre calling card in their place. Richards directed both Summer Scars and The Last Horror Movie.
