X Factor judge and mentor Dannii Minogue has bemoaned Wagner Carrilho's run on the ITV show.
Despite in-studio booing and an oft-negative reaction by the judges, voters at home have continually helped the Brazilian - mentored by Louis Walsh - to progress ahead of more hotly tipped acts like Minogue's charge Aiden Grimshaw.
"I thought Wagner would have gone in the last couple of weeks," Minogue is quoted as saying by The Mirror. "But he hasn't, which is frustrating."
Responding to a further question about Carrilho's suitability for the show, she said: "Is he more Britain's Got Talent? I don't think he's anything got talent. Saying that, the more outraged people get, the bigger our ratings go."
Host Dermot O'Leary recently suggested that a Wagner win could damage the show's "credibility".
The X Factor continues tonight on ITV1 with a double eviction.
