The location of the 12/3 ECW PPV has been moved once again. It was originally scheduled to place at the Hammerstein Ballroom, but the crowd reaction at the 8/1 show led to a change of plans. WWE officials then planned to have the show take place in Chicago, however, it has now been moved from Chicago to Augusta, Georgia. It hasn't been disclosed as to why the show was moved from Chicago to Augusta.
Kurt Angle originally pulled his groin during the 8/13 ECW show in White Plains, NY. He did a spot where he tried to run up the ring ropes to do a belly-to-belly suplex, but he slipped. He continued the match, but he had to be helped out. He then reaggravated the injury, and only worked a five second match the next night. Due to his injury, he had to be pulled from the ladder match at the 8/15 show.
Also, there is a noticeable difference in the dressing room regarding the level of respect for him. Angle is always going to Dean Malenko to have things changed for him, not just for himself, but for others as well. He did the same thing a year ago, but no one openly complained about it. Now there are people who talk openly and negatively regarding his tendency to have things changed. Angle has been told to at least not be so obvious about it in front of talent for his own political good.
