Quiet weekend, as WWE gave both of their crews off for New Year's after finishing up their holiday run of house shows yesterday. No WWE events are scheduled until Monday's Raw on January 3rd from the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The advertised dark match main event is John Cena & Randy Orton

WWE tapes Smackdown on Tuesday, January 4th from the Tucson Convention Center in Tucson, Arizona with World Champion Edge vs. Kane in a Last Man Standing match and Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio in a Best Of Three Falls match.
