During last night's WWE Smackdown episode, WWE made official two main events for the first Smackdown of 2011 next week.
World heavyweight champion Edge will defend the World Title against Kane in a Last Man Standing match.
Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio will be a two-out-of-three falls match.
Already announced for next week's Raw to begin 2011 is WWE champion The Miz vs. John Morrison in a Falls Count Anywhere match for the WWE Title
WWE will air the Best of Smackdown 2009-2010 on PPV next month.
