Though it hasn't yet been shopped to studios by Media Rights Capital, Neill Blomkamp's District 9 followup Elysium is continuing to add big names. Deadline reports that Blomkamp's just gotten Jodie Foster (Silence of the Lambs) to commit and join Matt Damon (Contagion) and District 9's Sharlto Copley to the sci-fi film he wrote and will direct as his next project. Simon Kinberg is producing. The plot continues to be kept under wraps. Still no word on if this is connected to Blomkamp's creepy viral.
