50
Anna

That Smiling Face: Morena Baccarin of V

At Their Best: Providing humanity with a bevy of new technologies, warmly pacifying a frightened public with her calming presence

At Their Worst: Silently plotting to destroy said human race, eating mates, impaling people through the face with her tail.

49
Hank Scorpio

That Smiling Face: Albert Brooks of The Simpsons

At Their Best: Providing the titular family with a respected job and impressive home, listening to problems in the midst of a chaotic situation, chucking away his own loafers on the off chance Homer didn't like them!

At Their Worst: Murdering British secret agents, blowing up the 59th St. bridge, seizing the East Coast as a supervillain

48
Sue Sylvester

That Smiling Face: Jane Lynch of Glee

At Their Best: For all her high-school emotional terrorism, Sue still manages to do right, aligning with Will, innocently taking care of her disabled sister, and unflinchingly expelling Dave Karofski upon learning his threats toward Kurt.

At Their Worst: Taking every possible opportunity to destroy the Glee club, manipulating and terrorizing students, LITERALLY STEALING CHRISTMAS

47
Vesper Abaddon

That Smiling Face: Brian Cox of Kings

At Their Best: Engaging in friendly chats with the King who deposed him, aiding in strategy sessions, taking his eternal imprisonment in stride

At Their Worst: Raping serving girls during his term, silently plotting revenge and the destruction of the Kingdom of Gilboa. What else would you expect from Brian Cox?

46
Jubal Early

That Smiling Face: Richard Brooks of Firefly

At Their Best: Engaging in idle conversation and philosophy with the crew, avoiding violence where possible, knowing when to lay down arms

At Their Worst: Threatening to rape innocent Kaylee, shooting Simon while attempting to kidnap River, mercilessly knocking Book unconscious, torturing animals

45
Larry Sizemore

That Smiling Face: Tim Matheson of Burn Notice

At Their Best: Polite, apologetic, and marginally honorable aiding Michael Weston in combatting cartels trying to kill him.

At Their Worst: Well, there's that bloody corpse on the floor. And the fact that Larry (politely) kills anybody who stands in his way, sometimes using Michael's identity to do so.

44
Boyd Langton

That Smiling Face: Harry Lennix of Dollhouse

At Their Best: Valiantly and selflessly protecting his assigned Dolls, questioning the morality of his actions, softly comforting those tragically hurt by the Rossum Corporation

At Their Worst: Secretly RUNNING the Rossum Corporation, extracting innocent victims' spinal fluid for the purpose of saving "a choice few" in the apocalypse, other things that make exponentially less sense

43
Supernatural's Death

That Smiling Face: Julian Richings of Supernatural

At Their Best: Politely aiding the Winchester brothers in their efforts to destroy Lucifer, offering up a few tasty junk food treats, aiding in the return of Sam's soul

At Their Worst: Um...he's DEATH.

42
Maldis

That Smiling Face: Chris Haywood of Farscape

At Their Best: Happily and conversationally guiding along innocent victims who happened to land near one of his deathtraps.

At Their Worst: Actively guiding people into his deathtraps, warping reality, teasing false information about Crichton's brother, eating delcious souls

41
Harmony Kendall

That Smiling Face: Mercedes McNab of Buffy the Vampire Slayer

At Their Best: Remaining innocent and personable even as an undead killing machine, faithfully performing office duties, not utilizing excessive force on innocent victims

At Their Worst: Betraying her boss to ultimate evil and then yelling for not trusting her, using reality TV to turn the world pro-vampire, vapidly destroying the spirit of innocent high school girls as a human...

40
Siegfried

That Smiling Face: Bernie Kopell of Get Smart

At Their Best: Diametrically opposed to Maxwell Smart, the two still often spoke highly of each other, regardless of the situation. Polite and even honorable, Siegfried even teamed up with the agents once or twice.

At Their Worst: He was still an agent of K.A.O.S., and worse yet the VP of Public Relations and Terror! That bastard!

39
Scorpius

That Smiling Face: Wayne Pygram of Farscape

At Their Best: In spite of his appearance, Scorpius was known for keeping patience and calm, rewarding his cronies for good behavior, his intelligence befitting aid to the Farscape crew when need be.

At Their Worst: Then there was that whole "trying to get the wormhole secrets in Crichton's brain," thing, for which he'd happily kill, torture, lie or sacrifice those close to him.

38
Tom Zarek

That Smiling Face: Richard Hatch of Battlestar Galactica

At Their Best: Charasmatic, (mostly) honorable in politics, and always working to better the plight of the common man for the fleet.

At Their Worst: Sure we never saw those terrorist acts Zarek committed prior to the series, but let's not forget his underhanded dealings, rallying of the prison ship, and of course, mutiny and execustion of the entire Quorum!

37
King Russell Edgington

That Smiling Face: Denis O'Hare of True Blood

At Their Best: Graciously inviting Bill to dine with him in his lavish home, with his ever present Southern charm, leading Eric on thoughtful tours of old memorabilia

At Their Worst: Boy, you don't want to piss this one off. Forcing Sophie-Anne into marriage, ripping a newscaster's spine out on live television after the death of his lover Talbot.

36
Ted Roark

That Smiling Face: Chevy Chase of Chuck

At Their Best: As the head of a major computer corporation, Ted maintained a very public persona and frequently engaged with his audience to show off the newest products, a la Steve Jobs.

At Their Worst: Ted was also a vindictive terrorist working with shadow government agencies to bring about all our ends through the use of intersect-gifted super-soldiers, also like the real Steve Jobs.

35
Sweet

That Smiling Face: Hinton Battle of Buffy the Vampire Slayer

At Their Best: Singing, dancing, providing fresh new clothes for his teenage bride, blithely aborting his murderous plot upon realizing his bride would be male

At Their Worst: Setting dancers on fire, exposing everyone's inner most secrets, and trying (like everyone else in the world) to kill the Slayer.

34
Sideshow Bob

That Smiling Face: Kelsey Grammer of The Simpsons

At Their Best: Keepign a polite, soothing and conversational tone, entertaining potential murder victims with musical theatre, preventing Cecil from destroying Springfield

At Their Worst: Using any and all means necessary to kill members of the Simpson family, framing Krusty for murder, and worse of all, trying to take away our precious TV!

33
Charles Foster Ofdensen

That Smiling Face: Brendon Small of Metalocalypse

At Their Best: Taking care of and indulging the bandmates with an unending degree of politeness, doing his best to curtail the mayhem caused by Dethklok, and organizing various charitable efforts

At Their Worst: Going to brutal, even homicidal lengths to protect "his bread and butter," aiding the band undoubtedly responsible for the coming apocalypse, ahem...Metalocalypse.

32
Spike

That Smiling Face: James Marsters of Buffy the Vampire Slayer

At Their Best: Trading interests and food preferences with sworn enemies, eschewing villainy in the face of love interests Buffy and Dru, engaging in casual conversation with Willow, being unable to harm her and all.

At Their Worst: Ripping paths of destruction across Europe for centuries, haplessly murdering innocents and the Annointed One, stalking, rape...need we go on?

31
Weyoun

That Smiling Face: Jeffrey Combs of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine

At Their Best: Always courteous and well-spoken even in the midst of a Cardassian invasion, one Weyoun clone even attempted to defect to the Federation, sacrificing its life for Odo!

At Their Worst: Overseeing countless Cardassian invasions and occupations, attempting to destroy DS9, his duplictous nature often putting him at odds with both Cardassians and the Federation alike

30
Todd the Wraith

That Smiling Face: Christopher Heyerdahl of Stargate: Atlantis

At Their Best: Honoring arrangements with Sheppard, cracking jokes, working to end Wraith reliance on humans, even allying himself with the team while prefacing that they'd soon be at odds again

At Their Worst: Sucking the souls from humanity...does it really get any worse than that? He fully confessed to be a man-eater by nature, no matter what stopgaps the Atlantis project would conjure.

29
Tom Friendly

That Smiling Face: M.C. Gainey of LOST

At Their Best: Oh come on, it's right there in the name! Despite a few misgivings, you could usually count on Tom to honor his word, provide amenities to the captives and shy away from eyeing Evangeline Lilly in the shower (we're not sure we could do that).

At Their Worst: The abduction of Walt, the imprisonment of other survivors, attempted murder of those showing resistance, but what Others weren't guilty of that?

28
Jasmine the Blessed Devourer

That Smiling Face: Gina Torres of Angel

At Their Best: Warmly comforting her followers, bringing world peace and maintaining a strongly public and friendly persona

At Their Worst: Eating said followers, mind control, reigning down destruction upon the exposure of her true nature. Little things, really.

27
William Herrick

That Smiling Face: Adrian Lester of Being Human

At Their Best: Being rather polite, charming and even helpful to Mitchell, whom he turned, as well as his roommates

At Their Worst: Mocking that whole attempt to "be human" (I just got that!), attempting a Vampire final solution. We'll see if Mark Pellegrino does any better in the US remake, it's not like he's known for being duplicitously charming.

26
Sergeant Hatred

That Smiling Face: Chris McCulloch of The Venture Bros.

At Their Best: Making sure his henchmen are well fed with trips to Au Bon Pain, hand-delivering baskets of okra and thoroughly checking the allergies of his arch-nemeses

At Their Worst: Let's just go with careless use of rubber bullets, and caring just a little too much about the young boys he kidnapped

25
The Meddling Monk

That Smiling Face: Peter Butterworth of Doctor Who

At Their Best: The Meddling Monk, or "The Monk" as he tended to be known represented a rather simple, well meaning and child-like man always after amusement rather than any real destruction.

At Their Worst: Altering history in bizarre ways to put England into an age of technological prosperity, improving Stonehenge or using time travel to make money...and who hasn't?
