Ricardo Rodriguez Wrestles - Against Who?

Alberto Del Rio’s personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez made his WWE ring debut last night on NXT, defeating Del Rio’s Rookie Conor O’Brian to eliminate him, in a bit of a comedy match.

As noted before, Rodriguez wrestled under a mask on the independent scene before signing with WWE. He has been training at WWE developmental and has wrestled a few matches there recently.

Gives them the option for Del Rio to get over by whooping him if they ever turn him face.

They should only use him in comedy matches or something like that. Even if he's trained, he's not going to get very far on his own or in a team with Del Rio as I think that would hold back Del Rio. He's in a perfect role and hopefully can help revive something that's been missing in pro-wrestling for a longtime and that's long standing and good managers/valets. Vickie is helping bring that back but I see Ricardo doing a good job as well as A-Ri.
