CHELSEA Handler is reportedly dating hotelier Andre Balazs.
According to New York Post gossip column Page Six, the pair were spotted canoodling at a Florence + the Machine concert in New York over the weekend.
“They had their hands all over each other for hours,” a source said.
“They looked very giddy.
“At one point Chelsea put her arms around his torso and held him close.
“She then went around the barricade and he followed.”
