EMMA Roberts loves being chased!
The Scream 4 actress and niece of Julia Roberts says makes perfect horror movie fodder because she barely has to act out being chased by knife wielding maniacs due to her spontaneous reaction to being pursued.
“I get an adrenaline rush every time someone chases me — I always have,” said the 19-year-old.
“Even just with friends, if someone’s running up behind me, it really makes me uncomfortable.
“So in Scream, when we were shooting, we’d be doing chase scenes with people jumping out and I would genuinely be so scared. People were trying to play tricks on me all the time. ”
Emma recently revealed she watches movies when she’s feeling depressed.
“I always, well, see movies like comedies, or even movies — if they’re sad — at least make you feel like you’re not alone in that,” she said.
“That’s always great. Also, just being around friends always cheers you up.
“With my friends, they’re always on the go and happy and all over the place, so that’s always fun. And I hang out with my little sister, she’s 9, and she’s always a lot of fun. I’ll play board games with her and go to the movies.”
