WWE is going with the idea that they need to keep announcers Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler apart on RAW broadcasts in preparation for their match at WrestleMania.

As noted before, there will be no immunity points on this season of WWE NXT: Redemption. However, the Rookies will compete for "redemption points" that can be used in a similar fashion. Darren Young left last night's premiere with three points.

The winner of this season will earn a spot on NXT season 6 and not a title shot like previous winners.

Okay, so they WILL earn a spot on the next season then. Well that's just... stupid and pointless. Seriously.

And keeping Lawler and Cole apart is definitely the best thing to do, you can't really have them on commentary together every week and properly convey the fact that they despise eachother.

I love Cole/Lawler, my most anticipated match at WM as Alberto Del Rio is a huge failure and Miz/Cena would be nothing special if Rock wasn't there.

NXT: Redemption sounds awful especially if the winner gets to go onto Season 6. Take the hint WWE, this will only work every now and then. People lost concern about NXT after Season 3 finished.

Yeah, I thought that's what they said. What kind of prize is that? I mean, they could lose and be brought back in another season down the road. Essentially, there's no prize is what they're saying. And doesn't whoever won this past NXT get a tag title shot? Wonder if they'll put this 'awesome' match on at WM.
