According to Bryan Alvarez of The Figure Four Weekly Newsletter, the CM Punk/Paul Heyman/Jerry Lawler segment from Raw this week was planned several weeks ago, and approval for the angle was received from everyone involved including Jerry Lawler and Mick Foley.
