Welcome to the latest episode of Saturday Morning Slam. This week, Kofi Kingston faces Zack Ryder in the main event. We have another match on this week’s show and we go to it now.

Match Number One: William Regal versus R Truth
Truth wants to know ‘What’s Up’ while Regal wants to get things started. Truth tells Little Jimmy to get out of the ring and Regal has no idea what is going on. Regal with a wrist lock and Truth with a reversal. Regal tries to reverse but Truth keeps the hold. Regal is finally able to reverse the hold. Truth floats over on an Irish whip and Truth with a drop toe hold and Regal holds his nose. Truth and Little Jimmy dance around in the ring.
Regal has something to say to Little Jimmy and Truth holds him back for a minute and then Jimmy goes after Regal and Regal yells at him while Jimmy goes to the announce table to sit with Santino. Truth with a slam for a near fall. Regal with an arm bar but Truth counters with a monkey flip and drop kick but it does not fully connect.
Regal avoids an enzuigiri and Truth with a rollup for the three count.
Winner: R Truth
We go to commercial.
We are back and we talk about the Miz. He is not one to shy from the camera and we go to outtakes from a television commercial he filmed for his bucket list.

Last year, Miz and R Truth faced John Cena and The Rock but Miz fell short in his chance to beat the Rock.
Madison Square Garden was where Rock debuted in 1996 at the Survivor Series.
The next year, we saw the most infamous moment in WWE history when Bret Hart faced Shawn Michaels at the Montreal Screwjob.
The traditional matches have provided a lot. Shawn Michaels and his Knights versus the Harts, Raw versus Smackdown, or WWE versus The Alliance.

The Intercontinental Title is another staple in the WWE.
The current champion, Kofi Kingston is the focus of the Saturday Morning Spotlight.
Chili says that Kofi is always smiling so you have to smile with him.
Kofi says that people consider him a high flyer, but he just jumps.
Layla says that people stop and stare and he has a lot of jaw dropping moves.
Kofi says that he wants to be like an explosion, so that is why he says ‘Boom, Boom, Boom’ in the ring.

Match Number Two: Zack Ryder versus Kofi Kingston in a Non-Title Match
They shake hands at the start of the match and then they lock up. Kofi with a clean break and Kofi ‘booms’ for the crowd. They lock up again and he backs Kofi into the corner and ‘woos’ for the crowd. Kofi with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Kofi pulls Ryder’s head band over his eyes and Ryder runs into the ropes and falls down. Kofi with a rollup for a near fall.
Ryder goes to the floor and he wants to know if Kofi is serious. Zack gives his head band to Santino and then Kofi holds the ropes for Ryder. They shake hands again but Ryder with a rollup.
They lock up again and Ryder with a waist lock. Kofi with a standing switch. Ryder and Kofi with more standing switches until Ryder sends Kofi into the turnbuckles. Ryder sets for the Broski Boot but Kofi goes to the floor. Ryder tries for a pescado but Kofi moves and Ryder lands on his feet. Kofi tries for a pescado of his own but he sees Ryder move so Kofi lands on the apron.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Ryder with a body scissors on Kofi and Kofi turns it into a catapult that sends Ryder to the apron. Ryder with a shoulder and then he gets a near fall on a rollup. Ryder and Kofi go back and forth and get a near fall. Kofi tries for the leaping back elbow but Ryder sees it coming and Ryder with a rollup for a near fall.
Kofi misses a splash into the corner and Ryder gets a near fall. Ryder focuses on the midsection and he applies a waist lock. Ryder with a flapjack and he gets a near fall. Ryder stretches Kofi but Kofi gets to his feet but Ryder forces Kofi to his knee. Kofi tries to reverse but Ryder follows through and maintains the hold. Kofi with a head scissors that sends Ryder into the turnbuckles. Kofi tries for SOS but Ryder counters.
Kofi with a side Russian leg sweep and then he hits the Boom Drop. Kofi sets for Trouble in Paradise but Ryder avoids it. Ryder tries for the Rough Ryder but Kofi avoids it. Ryder tries for a move from the turnbuckles but Kofi moves. Kofi with the double jump cross body for the three count.
Winner: Kofi Kingston
