9/10 ECW brand house show results from Schenectady, NY
Hi, I attended the house show in the Center City Hall. Very small venue, however, quite loud because of the group of 5 friends we had. Less than 500 definitely.
Stevie Richards def. Rene Dupree - fans were loud and ready for a show
Heyman's Enforcers def. F.B.I.
Kevin Thorne def. Derrick Neikerk - Lots of "your a jobber" chants
Matt Striker introduced the Extreme Bikini thing, which Francine beat Kelly, Striker verbally bashed Sandman, and Sandman came out and caned him.
Tommy Dreamer cut a passionate promo, then def. Mike Knox w/ Kelly - Kelly gave Dreamer a low blow causing Francine to run out.
CM Punk def CW Anderson - Lots of "CM Punk" and "Ring of Honor" chants
RVD def. Hardcore Holly in an "Extreme Rules" match
Big Show def. Sabu to retain the ECW World Title.
Despite lots of "we want tables" chants, we got no tables. Also during the show several chants were directed at Big Show, who grabbed a mic and responded each time including:
"You suck dick" - he replied "because your mother taught me how"
"Same old sh*t" - he replied "yeah yeah, but it still works"
"Same old sh*t" again - he replied "you guys are real original"
Also after the show, Sandman was the only one who stayed and signed things (a good 30 mins or so). We managed to get Rene Dupree to do the French Tickler, and I had a small conversation with Big Show about the size of his belt which he said "it's like a god damn wristwatch."
