Spirit Squad Break-up, Ashley Massaro, WWE Show Sells Out

On July 17, WWE management told the Spirit Squad that they would be broken up, but that angle was soon put on hold. WWE still plans on breaking up the group, but the holding point is that WWE is too lazy to come up with a storyline for it. Its not high on anyone's priority list. The only RAW angles in which McMahon is really concerned with at the moment is his program with DX and the Cena/Edge feud - that's also where the writers' priorities are now.

SmackDown Diva Ashley met up with Entertainment Tonight to promote SmackDown's move to the CW Network. Just hours before SmackDown yesterday, Entertainment Tonight producers came to Worcester, Mass. to film for an upcoming one-hour special presentation on the new CW Network, giving viewers a "behind-the-scenes" look at the network's programming. WWE Diva Ashley served as host to ET, taking the crew on a backstage tour of SmackDown. The one-hour special will air on the CW Network next Monday. The special will also re-run next Tuesday.

The 10/15 WWE Supershow in Los Angeles at the Staples Center has already sold out.

The Spirit Squad will break up when they lose the tag team titles, or shortly after they do.... The 3 that weren't defending will blame the 2 guys that were, causing them all to end up their own way and probably fueding each other for a while.

OK, why the hell does Ashley get to do the ET thing?!?! She is useless and she is only there cause she won a beauty contest! Shouldn't someone with some credibility have done the ET thing?

Guess this is the reason why they have been on Heat alot and not RAW. The sooner they break up the better IMO.

I doubt it, I think they are dropping the belts tonight, but will probably stay a team for atleast a couple more months.

Because it was a silly little thing where the person walked around backstage pointing out stuff. Do you think that guys like Taker or Booker T would have wanted to walk around pointing at stuff and saying things like " Thats the locker room where Vince tried to molest me" or "Jeff Hardy did that, the crazy bastard wont stop painting on walls". It was a silly little thing, so it deserved a silly little host.
