The Undertaker is in Nashville -- the site of Monday's Raw. The Deadman was spotted at a Nashville Predators game, and the Wrestling Observer speculates that his appearance means "he is likely to be appearing at Raw."
And if the Phenom is on Raw, then "the most likely scenario is a confirmation that he will be at WrestleMania," the Observer reports.
The photo of The Undertaker and the Predators' mascot has been circulating on Twitter, the Pro Wrestling Torch reported.
The Undertaker was slated to put his WrestleMania streak on the line against CM Punk, but there was concern that Taker wouldn't be healthy enough to do the match. We'll know for sure if the lights go out, the gong hits and the funeral march plays tonight.

There’s a chance that The Undertaker could appear on Monday Night Raw later tonight. He was spotted in Nashville. This just happens to be the same city that Raw is in tonight.
Undertaker (or Mark Callaway) was in attendance to see the Nashville Predators NHL game. Undertaker was kind enough to take a few pictures with fans, and some of these images have now been posted online.
It’s still unknown if this truly confirms that he will wrestle at WrestleMania 29. Undertaker is in real bad shape right now, with a hurt hip and shoulder that he suffered at last year’s WrestleMania 28 match.
It’s possible Undertaker is in Nashville to meet up with WWE officials backstage to discuss his role at WrestleMania 29. He’s currently scheduled to face against CM Punk at the event, but his aforementioned injuries might prevent him from wrestling this year.
Undertaker should make his decision soon because WWE will be starting to make plans for several matches at WrestleMania 29 right now. If Undertaker decides not to wrestle, officials will need to make last minute plans to fit Punk into a decent spot at WrestleMania.
It will be sad if Undertaker chooses not to wrestle this year. For the past decade or so, he’s been a true headliner at WrestleMania. Most of his recent matches have been voted by fans as the “best of the year”. His matches with Triple H were exciting, but his encounters with Shawn Michaels were legendary.
It’s worth noting that Undertaker looks like he’s aged over the past year. His goatee is now grey instead of brown.

I would consider him to rest, sit out this WM and heal and return next year for his last and ultimate WM match against Brock Lesnar/CM Punk!
With Rock-Cena(Punk?) and HHH-Lesnar you have already 2 main events. Add Ziggler and Jericho, Sheamus-Orton and The Shield to that show and you do not need The Undertaker to take part this year necessarily.
Fear is, that if Taker competes this year he can not go 100% and/or is hurt afterwards so that he has to retire/take some long time off again...

Is it just me... or does the Undertaker kinda remind anyone else of Walter White when he's wearing that hat?

Regarding The Undertaker's status, there is still nothing definite. If there has been a final decision made, it is being kept very quiet.
As noted, Taker was not backstage at Monday's RAW from Nashville, even though he was photographed at a Nashville Predators hockey game the night before. However, Taker reportedly did have a meeting with Vince McMahon while in town.
It's said that Taker does not want to come back and have to fake his way through a mediocre match, which is why his status is up in the air. He had major shoulder and hip surgery over the past year which made it impossible for him to do any serious training for a long time. Taker couldn't lift upper body because of shoulder rehab and couldn't do lower body because of the hip rehab.
As of a few days ago, the internal word was that Taker is still "planned" to face CM Punk this year. People close to Taker believe that if he doesn't do WrestleMania 29, then his career is not over and it would simply mean he didn't have enough time to fully recover from everything. The expectation is that he would like to do WrestleMania 30 in 2014 and that the show could be built around his farewell since he will be 49 years old at that point.
