The next pay-per-view on the WWE schedule is Extreme Rules 2013, and if the company wants to keep the buy rates up, The Undertaker and other part-time Superstars must wrestle at the show.

Brock Lesnar has already thrown his name into the mix, but with CM Punk reportedly taking time off and missing the May PPV, it’s imperative that part-time Superstars like The Undertaker, Chris Jericho and Triple H return to the ring.

All of the following Superstars can put people in the seat, and with the WWE’s desire to sell Extreme Rules, each of these legends must be billed for a marquee match.

The Undertaker

Not only was The Undertaker on the Raw following WrestleMania, the WWE legend is scheduled to be in England for the company’s tour next week and will be involved in a match against The Shield.

While the novelty of having The Undertaker team with Kane and Daniel Bryan in a one-off bout is fun, this is the kind of six-man tag team match that the WWE Universe would pay serious money to see.

The Undertaker should wrestle at Extreme Rules.

Not only would the match be a huge rub to the WWE Tag Team Championships and Team Hell No, this would be the ultimate rub for The Shield, especially if the company found a way to give The Undertaker a loss without letting him get pinned.

The Undertaker performing at Extreme Rules makes too much sense not to come to fruition.

Triple H

While there will be a very vocal contingent of fans that disapprove of a third installment in the battle between Triple H and Brock Lesnar, the Extreme Rules PPV needs the addition of big names to help sell the secondary show.

To get Lesnar on the card, though, that meant making a third chapter against Triple H. According to reports (h/t Wrestling Inc.), Lesnar was supposed to attack The Rock after WrestleMania to set up a feud, but an injury to The Rock forced the WWE to abort that plan.

Triple H must return and accept Brock’s challenge.

There are enough casual fans still tuning into WWE after the WrestleMania rush that will be enthralled by another meeting of these two giants, and another chapter is the smart move for business.
