– Alberto Del Rio is expected to miss Monday Night Raw this week. He and Ricardo Rodriguez have been booked for an appearance outside of London, where WWE is holding their television taping tonight. The belief is that Jack Swagger and Dolph Ziggler will be the primary focal point of the World Heavyweight Championship storyline this week.

– During an interview with Hot 97, the Rock was asked if his match against John Cena at Wrestlemania 29 was his last one. He candidly responded that it was a possibility. He stated that the plan with Vince McMahon was for him to put over John Cena, and that has been accomplished. Rock also noted that there were no plans for a third match with Cena at Wrestlemania 30.

– Triple H has been trying to make a name for himself by inking “impossible” deals, with obviously his biggest to date being Bruno Sammartino agreeing to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. It’s now come to light that Hunter has already got a backup plan for WM30 that if Rock doesn’t come back to wrestle Lesnar, he’ll finally get a deal done with Austin and it would be just as big, if not bigger.

One observer commented this could be a more than desirable backup plan given the fact The Rock has worked two WrestleMania’s in a row and “one last match” for Steve Austin would be a huge spectacle. It’s also not the match Austin wants so it would take an awful lot from Triple H to get Austin to agree to terms. I’d say it’s no better than a 50/50 chance as of this writing.

Against which opponent?

The only thing that would be possible is

Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. CM Punk

I think that they'd do Austin/Punk, that would be a huge draw. Especially if they start to build it from December/January. I'm thinking Lesnar/Undertaker can be the next match, with Heyman saying that he wants to get the job done ending the streak.
