ROH champion Jay Briscoe will defend the ROH title against his brother, Mark Briscoe in the main event of the 2013 Best in the World iPPV in Baltimore, Maryland on Saturday 6/22.

Also set for that show is ROH Tag Team champions ReDRagon, Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly vs. C&C Wrestling Factory, Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander.
